Baked Smashed Potatoes with Garlic and Rosemary

Ingredients

  • 15-16 medium-small potatoes
  • some rosemary sprigs
  • 1 garlic clove
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes with the skin.

  2. Place them on a baking sheet or oven tray.

  3. Smash the potatoes.

  4. Season with a mixture of garlic and rosemary or preferred herbs, drizzle with olive oil, and bake.

Tips

  1. Due to the double cooking method, the potatoes become crispy outside and soft inside, making them a great accompaniment to any main dish.
