Salt and Vinegar Fries with Vegan Ranch
Ingredients
Fries
- 2 potatoes
- heavy pinch salt
- pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oil
Ranch
- 1/2 cup thick vegan or Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
- heavy pinch salt
- pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh chives
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Toss fries in oil, salt, vinegar and pepper.
Roast for 30 minutes flipping once halfway through.
Add all ranch ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Let fries cool and then dip in ranch.
Tips
If you want a stronger vinegar flavor drizzle more vinegar on the fries after they are done cooking.
