Chocolate Strawberry Fudge Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/2 cup of cocoa
- 2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup oil (I used sunflower)
- 400g soy yogurt (or coconut)
- 1 tbsp vanilla
Ganache cream
- 200ml soy or other whipping cream
- 100ml soy milk
- 160g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp agave syrup (or other sweetener)

- Strawberries
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
In one bowl, mix together flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda.
In another bowl, mash a banana and mix with sugar, oil, yogurt, and vanilla and combine the mixtures.
Bake at 180°C for about 35-40 minutes and let cool.
For the cream, mix together whipping cream, milk, agave, and chocolate and stir until it melts and let cool before spreading on the cake.
Put strawberries on top and serve cold.
