Crispy Baked Protein Snails
Ingredients
- 3 sheets rice paper
- 60g turkey
- 1 fried egg
- 30g light cheese
- Green onion
- Sesame seeds
- 1 raw egg (for mixture)
- Water
- Salt
Preparation
Wet the rice paper in a mixture of raw egg, water, and salt for 10-15 seconds, do not hold longer or it will become too soft.
Wet the work area to prevent the paper from sticking.
Add the filling: turkey, fried egg, cheese, and green onion.
Roll into a snail shape.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Cook in an air fryer at 200°C for 15 minutes or in an oven at 190°C for 30 minutes.
Tips
Ensure the rice paper does not soak too long to avoid it becoming soggy and hard to handle.
This will result in very tasty and crispy buns.
