Easy Chickpea Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • chick peas
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • handful of dark vegan chocolate

Preparation

  1. Drain, rinse, and pat dry the chick peas.

  2. In a food processor, blend everything together except the chocolate until smooth.

  3. Stir in the chocolate chips.

  4. Bake at around 175 degrees for about 10 minutes.

  5. The cookies will be quite soft and won’t harden like a traditional cookie but they are very good.
