Maple White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 3/4 cup maple sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup nut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- about 1/2 cup macadamia nuts
- white chocolate (e.g., Zimt brand)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Combine all ingredients except chocolate, including chopped macadamia nuts (about 1/2 cup)
Scoop dough onto a nonstick baking sheet, spaced out; this will make about 9 cookies
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned
Add chopped white chocolate and let cool
