Fish Finger Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • Cooked pasta
  • Small tin of baked beans
  • Tomato puree
  • Garlic puree
  • A little sweetener
  • Vegetarian fish fingers
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Tender stem broccoli

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions if not already cooked.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with the baked beans, tomato puree, garlic puree, and sweetener.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

  4. Arrange the vegetarian fish fingers on top.

  5. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 6 minutes.
