Fish Finger Pasta Bake
Ingredients
- Cooked pasta
- Small tin of baked beans
- Tomato puree
- Garlic puree
- A little sweetener
- Vegetarian fish fingers
- Mozzarella cheese
- Tender stem broccoli
Preparation
Cook the pasta according to package directions if not already cooked.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with the baked beans, tomato puree, garlic puree, and sweetener.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Arrange the vegetarian fish fingers on top.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 6 minutes.
