Baked Halloween Pumpkin Pasta Toastie
Ingredients
- Oat-topped wholemeal roll
- Cooked curly macaroni
- Tomato puree
- Knorr vegetable stock pot
- Onion salt
- Garlic powder
- Smoked paprika
- Sweetener
- 20g grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Cook the curly macaroni according to package instructions.
Mix tomato puree, vegetable stock pot, onion salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and sweetener to create the sauce.
Cut the oat-topped wholemeal roll into a pumpkin shape and press down the middle to form a cavity.
Fill the cavity with the cooked macaroni and sauce mixture.
Top with 20g of grated mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 6 minutes.
Notes
