Breakfast Pide Pizza with Egg

Ingredients

  • Full fat pizza dough or 2-ingredient dough or wholemeal dough
  • Semolina for dusting
  • Tomato puree
  • Hot water
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion salt
  • Smoked paprika
  • Sweetener
  • Grated mozzarella cheese
  • Egg (partially fried)

Preparation

  1. Defrost the dough

  2. Shape the dough on a dusting of semolina

  3. Mix the sauce ingredients together and spread it on the dough

  4. Add grated mozzarella, a partially fried egg, and more cheese on top

  5. Heat a baking tray in a very hot oven before placing the pizza on it

  6. Bake the pizza in the oven for 7 minutes on the bottom rack
