Homemade Pizza with Yeast Dough

Ingredients

Dough

  • 30 ml warm water
  • 30 ml milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 g dried fast action yeast
  • 75 g strong white bread flour
  • 10 sprays of low-calorie olive oil spray
  • 6 g sea salt

Topping

  • Tomato puree
  • Water
  • Garlic
  • Onion salt
  • Smoked paprika
  • 70 g grated mozzarella
  • A little vegetarian pastrami

Preparation

  1. Combine warm water, milk, sugar, and dried fast action yeast in a bowl, stir, cover, and leave for about 20 minutes until foamy; if not foamy, add a little more sugar and wait again.

  2. Add strong white bread flour to the foamy mixture and mix until a dough forms; adjust liquid as needed, you might not use all or may need more.

  3. Knead the dough until smooth and pliable.

  4. Incorporate 10 sprays of low-calorie olive oil spray by kneading again until fully mixed in.

  5. Add sea salt and knead once more.

  6. Place the dough in a covered bowl in a warm spot for 30 to 60 minutes until it doubles in size.

  7. Knock out some air, then stretch and shape the dough; let it rise again if desired.

  8. Prepare sauce by mixing tomato puree, water, garlic, onion salt, and smoked paprika.

  9. Top the dough with sauce, grated mozzarella, and a little vegetarian pastrami or other desired toppings.

  10. Bake in a hot oven for around 10 minutes until done.
