Zombie Eye Bolognese Pide

Ingredients

  • 120g cooked wholemeal base
  • Morrisons meat-free mince
  • Water
  • Tomato puree
  • Knorr vegetable stock pot
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion salt
  • Sweetener
  • Smoked paprika
  • 40g grated mozzarella
  • 1 egg
  • A little saffron
  • Part of a sliced mushroom

Preparation

  1. Prepare the bolognese sauce by cooking the meat-free mince with water, tomato puree, vegetable stock pot, garlic powder, onion salt, sweetener, and smoked paprika until done

  2. Place the cooked bolognese onto the shaped wholemeal dough, fold up the sides and nip the corners together to make a traditional eye shape, top with 40g grated mozzarella, and bake at the highest oven temperature for 5 minutes

  3. Partially fry 1 egg, add a little saffron for a burst vessels look and part of a sliced mushroom for the pupil

  4. Place the egg on the pide, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella around the edges, and bake for another 5 minutes

  5. Serve with salad
