Crispy Breaded Sausage Schnitzel Sandwich
Ingredients
- 70g wholemeal bun
- 1 Richmond foods burger
- 15g Sainsbury's golden breadcrumbs
- Beaten egg
- Garlic powder
- White pepper
- Onion salt
- 25g stuffing
- Tender stem broccoli
- Actifry potatoes
Mustard gravy components
- Water
- 1 Knorr vegetable stock pot
- Colman's mustard powder
- Sweetener
- Onion salt
- 1 tbsp cornflour
Preparation
Flatten the burger between two pieces of greaseproof paper.
Dip it in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, white pepper, and onion salt.
Rest in the fridge for a short time.
Pan fry until cooked.
Mix water, vegetable stock pot, mustard powder, sweetener, onion salt, and cornflour to make the gravy and heat until thickened.
Prepare tender stem broccoli and actifry potatoes.
Assemble the sandwich with the bun, schnitzel, stuffing, and other components.
