Curry Sauce Chip Butty
Ingredients
- Sainsbury's oat topped wholemeal bun
- Tefal Actifried chips
- 3 teaspoons Tesco butterpak spreadable
Curry sauce
- 200ml water
- Knorr vegetable stock pot
- 1 tablespoon medium curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 3/4 tablespoon Sucralose sweetener
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
Preparation
Mix water, vegetable stock pot, curry powder, onion salt, garlic powder, garam masala, and Sucralose sweetener until bubbling.
Pass the mixture through a sieve if desired.
Mix cornflour with a little cold water and add to the bubbling curry to thicken.
Cook the chips in an air fryer
Butter the bun with the spreadable butter
Assemble the chip butty by placing the chips in the bun and topping with the curry sauce
