Curry Sauce Chip Butty

Ingredients

  • Actifried chips
  • Oat topped wholemeal bun (Healthy Extra B)
  • Butterpak spreadable (4.5 Syns)
  • 200ml water
  • Knorr vegetable stock pot
  • Tbsp medium curry powder
  • 1/2 Tsp onion salt
  • 1/2 Tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam masala
  • 3/4 Tbsp Sucralose sweetener
  • Tbsp cornflour (1 Syn)
  • Salad

Preparation

  1. Prepare Actifried chips according to package instructions.

  2. Toast the oat topped wholemeal bun and spread with Butterpak spreadable.

  3. For the curry sauce, mix 200ml water with Knorr vegetable stock pot, medium curry powder, onion salt, garlic powder, Garam masala, and Sucralose sweetener in a saucepan until bubbling.

  4. Pass the mixture through a sieve and add cornflour mixed with a little cold water to thicken the curry sauce.

  5. Serve the chips on the toasted bun with the curry sauce and salad.

  6. Enjoy your Curry Sauce Chip Butty!
