Classic British Chip Butty
Ingredients
- 1 brioche bun
- Spreadable butter (e.g., Butterpak)
- Fried chips (e.g., Actifried)
- Sea salt
- Malt vinegar
- Chilli and garlic sauce
Preparation
Butter the brioche bun.
Stuff it with the fried chips.
Season with sea salt and malt vinegar.
Add the chilli and garlic sauce.
Serving suggestion
Serve with a big mug of strong, sweet tea.
