British Chip Butty Sandwich
Ingredients
- White deli roll
- Spreadable butter
- Potatoes
- Rapeseed oil
- Onion salt
- Garlic powder
- Tomato ketchup (no added sugar)
- Malt vinegar
- Sea salt
Preparation
Peel and cut potatoes into chips.
Rinse and dry the chips.
Spray the chips with rapeseed oil and sprinkle with onion salt and garlic powder.
Air fry the chips in 10-minute cycles for a total of 30 minutes.
Butter the deli roll.
Add the cooked chips to the buttered roll.
Drizzle with tomato ketchup and malt vinegar, and season with sea salt.
