Fishless Finger Butty Sandwich
Ingredients
- Soya and linseed bread
- Spreadable butter
- Mushy peas
- Plant-based fish fingers
- Lemon pepper mayonnaise
Preparation
Cook the plant-based fish fingers according to package directions
Toast the soya and linseed bread slices until golden
Spread the spreadable butter and lemon pepper mayonnaise on the toasted bread
Add a layer of mushy peas to one slice of bread
Place the cooked fish fingers on top and cover with the other slice of bread to form a sandwich
Cut in half if desired and serve immediately
