Fishless Finger Butty Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Soya and linseed bread
  • Spreadable butter
  • Mushy peas
  • Plant-based fish fingers
  • Lemon pepper mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Cook the plant-based fish fingers according to package directions

  2. Toast the soya and linseed bread slices until golden

  3. Spread the spreadable butter and lemon pepper mayonnaise on the toasted bread

  4. Add a layer of mushy peas to one slice of bread

  5. Place the cooked fish fingers on top and cover with the other slice of bread to form a sandwich

  6. Cut in half if desired and serve immediately
