Vegan Chickpea Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 55g celery
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 80g vegan mayo
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 sheet nori

Preparation

  1. Slightly crush the chickpeas.

  2. Cut the other ingredients into small pieces.

  3. Mix all the ingredients.

  4. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
