Vegan Chickpea Tuna Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 55g celery
- 1/2 red onion
- 80g vegan mayo
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp dill
- Salt and pepper
- 1 sheet nori
Preparation
Slightly crush the chickpeas.
Cut the other ingredients into small pieces.
Mix all the ingredients.
Let it rest for 30 minutes.
