Plant-Based Fish Finger Baguette

Ingredients

  • 4 plant-based fish fingers
  • Brioche baguette
  • Lambs lettuce

Lemon pepper mayo

  • Lighter than light mayo
  • Lemon juice
  • Parsley
  • Cracked black pepper

Preparation

  1. Oven cook the plant-based fish fingers as indicated.

  2. Warm the brioche baguette in the oven for a couple of minutes.

  3. Mix the lemon pepper mayo ingredients together.

  4. Assemble the sandwich by adding lambs lettuce and the prepared mayo to the baguette with the cooked fish fingers.
