Plant-Based Fish Finger Baguette
Ingredients
- 4 plant-based fish fingers
- Brioche baguette
- Lambs lettuce
Lemon pepper mayo
- Lighter than light mayo
- Lemon juice
- Parsley
- Cracked black pepper
Preparation
Oven cook the plant-based fish fingers as indicated.
Warm the brioche baguette in the oven for a couple of minutes.
Mix the lemon pepper mayo ingredients together.
Assemble the sandwich by adding lambs lettuce and the prepared mayo to the baguette with the cooked fish fingers.
