Chips and Curry Sauce Sandwich
Ingredients
- Actifried chips
- 2 slices of tiger bread
- Lurpak spreadable
- Sarsons malt vinegar
Curry sauce
- 200ml water
- Knorr vegetable stock pot
- 1 tablespoon mild curry powder
- A little sweetener
- 1 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangle (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cornflour mixed with a little cold water
- Ground ginger
- Garlic powder
Preparation
Cook the chips in an air fryer until crispy.
Combine water, vegetable stock pot, curry powder, sweetener, optional cheese triangle, ground ginger, and garlic powder in a pan and heat.
Sieve the sauce mixture to remove any bits if desired.
Mix cornflour with cold water and add to the sauce to thicken it.
Spread butter on the tiger bread slices.
Assemble the sandwich by placing chips on one slice, adding the curry sauce, drizzling with malt vinegar, and topping with the other slice.
Tips
Sieving the sauce is optional and can be skipped if you prefer a chunkier texture.
