Vegetarian Fishless Finger Chip Butty

Ingredients

  • Wholemeal bun
  • Mushy peas
  • 4 Quorn fishless fingers
  • Actifried chips made from Maris Pipers
  • Red spring onion and radish salad

Tartar sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Aldi lighter than light mayo
  • 1 slice gherkin
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Sea salt
  • Lemon juice
  • White wine vinegar
  • 0.5 Heinz no added sugar tomato sauce

Preparation

  1. Cook the Actifried chips using an air fryer until crispy.

  2. Prepare the Quorn fishless fingers according to package instructions, typically by baking or frying.

  3. Mix the tartar sauce ingredients together and adjust seasoning to taste.

  4. Assemble the butty by placing fishless fingers and chips inside the wholemeal bun, adding tartar sauce, mushy peas, and any other desired components.

  5. Prepare the red spring onion and radish salad by chopping and seasoning simply.

  6. Serve the butty with the salad on the side.
