Vegetarian Sausage Butty Sandwich
Ingredients
- White bun
- Lurpak spreadable butter
- 3 Richmond meat-free sausages
- Sea salt
- Malt vinegar
Preparation
Cook the sausages in a skillet or grill until browned and cooked through.
Toast the white bun if desired.
Spread the Lurpak butter on the bun.
Place the cooked sausages into the bun.
Sprinkle with sea salt and malt vinegar to taste.
Notes
White bread works well, but feel free to use other types of buns as preferred.
