Vegetarian Breakfast Butty Sandwich
Ingredients
- Warburtons wholemeal bun
- Spinach
- 2 Richmond meat-free burgers
- 30g Sainsbury's grated mozzarella
- This isn't bacon
- 3 Birdseye waffle hash browns
- Fried egg
Bacon sauce
- 2 tablespoons Heinz no added sugar tomato sauce
- Deliciou original bacon seasoning
- Smoked sweet paprika
Preparation
Mix the grated mozzarella with the meat-free burgers, shape into a fat patty, and pan fry.
Fry the bacon alternative in spray oil.
Oven cook the waffle hash browns.
Mix the bacon sauce ingredients together.
Fry the egg.
Assemble all components in the wholemeal bun with spinach.
