Cheesy Chip Garlic Flatbread Wrap

Ingredients

  • Roasted garlic and parsley flatbread
  • Skin on chips
  • Mozzarella, cubed
  • Chilli and garlic sauce
  • Chilli flakes
  • Sea salt
  • Sunflower or rapeseed oil

Preparation

  1. Cut the skin on chips, rinse them, dry them, and spray with a little sunflower or rapeseed oil

  2. Air fry the chips in three 10-minute cycles

  3. Assemble the wrap by placing the flatbread, chips, cubed mozzarella, chilli and garlic sauce, chilli flakes, and sea salt together

  4. Wrap the assembled ingredients and bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes
