Cheesy Chip Garlic Flatbread Wrap
Ingredients
- Roasted garlic and parsley flatbread
- Skin on chips
- Mozzarella, cubed
- Chilli and garlic sauce
- Chilli flakes
- Sea salt
- Sunflower or rapeseed oil
Preparation
Cut the skin on chips, rinse them, dry them, and spray with a little sunflower or rapeseed oil
Air fry the chips in three 10-minute cycles
Assemble the wrap by placing the flatbread, chips, cubed mozzarella, chilli and garlic sauce, chilli flakes, and sea salt together
Wrap the assembled ingredients and bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes
