Ingredients

  • 3 x Morrisons seeded loaf (small loaf)
  • Lurpak Spreadable
  • Gouda slice
  • 3 x Moving Mountains Foods plant based sausages
  • Colmans mustard
  • Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup

Preparation

  1. Cook the sausages according to package instructions until fully done.

  2. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

  3. Spread the butter, mustard, and ketchup evenly on the bread slices.

  4. Layer the cheese and cooked sausages between the bread to form a sandwich.

  5. Cut the sandwich into halves or quarters and serve immediately.
