Homemade Layered Dip with Avocado and Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • pinch of cayenne
  • lime
  • salt and pepper
  • cottage cheese (lactose free)
  • salsa
  • shredded cheese
  • diced jalapeño

Preparation

  1. Mash 2 avocados with 2 minced garlic cloves, a pinch of cayenne, lime, salt, and pepper.

  2. Layer the mixture with cottage cheese (lactose free).

  3. Top with salsa and shredded cheese.

  4. Garnish with diced jalapeño.
