Homemade Layered Dip with Avocado and Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- pinch of cayenne
- lime
- salt and pepper
- cottage cheese (lactose free)
- salsa
- shredded cheese
- diced jalapeño
Preparation
Mash 2 avocados with 2 minced garlic cloves, a pinch of cayenne, lime, salt, and pepper.
Layer the mixture with cottage cheese (lactose free).
Top with salsa and shredded cheese.
Garnish with diced jalapeño.
