Redlove Apple Galette

Ingredients

  • 1 vegan spelt dough ∅ 12 inch (store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple sirup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 apples (redlove) sliced 0.1inch
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar

Preparation

  2. Place dough on a baking paper covered tray and pierce dough with a fork (keep 2.3 inch rim)

  3. Preheat the oven 220°C/428°F

  4. Place pecans on the dough, drizzle with almond butter, maple sirup and dust with cinnamon

  5. Apply apples in with overlay in rounds, about 3 layers

  6. Fold dough on the sides and press carefully

  7. Brush coconut oil on the pastry dough and dust with the sugar

  8. Bake for 30 min or until slightly browned. Enjoy
