Redlove Apple Galette
Ingredients
- 1 vegan spelt dough ∅ 12 inch (store-bought)
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp maple sirup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 apples (redlove) sliced 0.1inch
- 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1-2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
Preparation
How to make
Place dough on a baking paper covered tray and pierce dough with a fork (keep 2.3 inch rim)
Preheat the oven 220°C/428°F
Place pecans on the dough, drizzle with almond butter, maple sirup and dust with cinnamon
Apply apples in with overlay in rounds, about 3 layers
Fold dough on the sides and press carefully
Brush coconut oil on the pastry dough and dust with the sugar
Bake for 30 min or until slightly browned. Enjoy
