Very Brown Bananas
Ingredients
- • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- • 3 eggs
- • 1/3 cup almond milk (or any nut milk)
- • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted and cooled
- • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- Dry
- • 1/2 cup gluten free flour (or oat flour or all-purpose)
- • 2 tbsp coconut sugar (or pure cane sugar)
- • 2 tsp baking powder
- • 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat oven 350F and line loaf pan with parchment paper
Combine wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls, then fold one into the other
Pour into loaf pan and add whatever you like to the top - I did pecans, almonds, crushed dark chocolate, and chia seeds
