Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Maple Dijon Glaze
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, halved lengthwise
- 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup or 2 tsp liquid Stevia or Monk Fruit
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (Optional)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- OPTIONAL: Pinch of garlic powder
Preparation
Whisk the sauce ingredients and set the Brussels sprout halves to marinate in the sauce for an hour or so
Cooking methods
For air fryer: cook in air fryer for 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit or use a lower temperature for less crunch
For oven: roast at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40-45 minutes, or until golden and caramelized
