Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Maple Dijon Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, halved lengthwise
  • 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup or 2 tsp liquid Stevia or Monk Fruit
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil (Optional)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • OPTIONAL: Pinch of garlic powder

Preparation

  1. Whisk the sauce ingredients and set the Brussels sprout halves to marinate in the sauce for an hour or so

Cooking methods

  1. For air fryer: cook in air fryer for 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit or use a lower temperature for less crunch

  2. For oven: roast at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40-45 minutes, or until golden and caramelized
