Simple Vegan Scones
Ingredients
- 475g self raising flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 50g caster sugar
- 85g vegan butter
- 240ml plant mylk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- handful of raisins / sultanas
Preparation
Preheat oven 200 C
Mix the flour, sugar, salt
Use a food processor to mix the butter and the flour mixture
Mix in the mylk and acv, until a soft dough forms
Briefly kneed on a floured surface, mixing in the raisins
Flatten into 1/2 inch thick dough and cut with a cookie cutter
Transfer to a baking sheet and brush with plant mylk
Bake for 10-12 mins
