Easy No-Bake Gingerbread Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vanilla pea protein (I used @nuzest probiotic vanilla)
  • 2.5 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp milk, of choice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves

Coating

  • Sugar for coating

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Roll the mixture into 8-10 small balls.

  3. Coat the balls with sugar.

Tips

  1. These are not very sweet, so you may want to add a little sugar to the batter if you desire a sweeter taste.
