Easy No-Bake Gingerbread Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup vanilla pea protein (I used @nuzest probiotic vanilla)
- 2.5 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 2 tbsp peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp milk, of choice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
Coating
- Sugar for coating
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Roll the mixture into 8-10 small balls.
Coat the balls with sugar.
Tips
These are not very sweet, so you may want to add a little sugar to the batter if you desire a sweeter taste.
