Thick Chewy Chocolatey Brownie Cookies
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/3 heaping cup raw cacao
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 7 tablespoons coconut oil, room temperature
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 flax egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Make a flax egg and set it aside for 10 minutes.
Combine all dry ingredients.
Fold in all wet ingredients until the cookie dough is thoroughly mixed.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Set in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Use a cookie scoop to form dough balls and flatten with palm.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
