Air-Fried Peaches with Caramel

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Pinch of flaky salt
  • 1 ripe peach
  • Ice cream, to taste
  • Granola, to taste

Preparation

  1. Whisk the olive oil, maple syrup, and flaky salt together to emulsify

  2. Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit

  3. Slice a ripe peach in half and remove the pit

  4. Place the peach halves in the air fryer and cook for 7 minutes

  5. Top the peaches with your favorite ice cream, granola, and the caramel sauce

  6. Optionally, add an extra pinch of flaky sea salt

Tips

  1. If the caramel separates, blend it for better smoothness

  2. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator
