Avocado and Egg Breakfast Muffin
Ingredients

- 1/4 to 1/2 avocado
- Spinach
- 1 egg
- Bacon (optional)
- Cheese (optional)
Preparation
Toast the English muffin.
Mash the avocado.
Cook the egg in a greased mason jar lid ring to achieve the perfect shape.
