B L U E B E R R Y Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 and 1/4 cup rolled oats {option to replace with #glutenfree oats}
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 and grease {or line} a muffin tin
Combine all wet ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds
Add all dry ingredients, blend for another 45 seconds
Pour into muffin tin {filling about 3/4 of the way} bake for 20 mins
Let cool for 10 mins and enjoy!
