B L U E B E R R Y Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 and 1/4 cup rolled oats {option to replace with #glutenfree oats}
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease {or line} a muffin tin

  2. Combine all wet ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds

  3. Add all dry ingredients, blend for another 45 seconds

  4. Pour into muffin tin {filling about 3/4 of the way} bake for 20 mins

  5. Let cool for 10 mins and enjoy!
