Banana Bread Doughnuts
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 ripe bananas, peeled
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
Preparation
Preheat oven to fan 180c
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blitz into a creamy banana batter
Lightly oil a doughnut baking tray to stop sticking, then fill with the banana batter
Bake for 12-15 mins until cooked and golden brown
Transfer to a rack and allow to cool
