Chocolate Almond Butter Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 to 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 heaped tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, combine half cup oats, half cup water, 3/4 to one cup plant-based milk, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 1 heaped tablespoon almond butter, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Heat up while stirring continuously.

  3. Let simmer until desired consistency is reached.
