Chocolate Cashew Butter Banana Toast
Ingredients
- 200g cashew nuts
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
For assembly
- Banana
- Bread
Preparation
Roast the cashews at 160 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes.
Allow the cashews to cool completely.
Blend the cooled cashews with 2 tablespoons cacao powder and 2 tablespoons maple syrup until smooth.
Toast the bread
Spread the chocolate cashew butter on the toast
Slice a banana and add it on top
