Chocolate Cashew Butter Banana Toast

Ingredients

  • 200g cashew nuts
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

For assembly

  • Banana
  • Bread

Preparation

  1. Roast the cashews at 160 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes.

  2. Allow the cashews to cool completely.

  3. Blend the cooled cashews with 2 tablespoons cacao powder and 2 tablespoons maple syrup until smooth.

  4. Toast the bread

  5. Spread the chocolate cashew butter on the toast

  6. Slice a banana and add it on top
