Homemade Nutella and Caramelised Bananas

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon hazelnut butter
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Fry the banana in a pan with 1 teaspoon of maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden and caramelised.

  2. For the Nutella, add the nut butter, cacao powder, and the remaining maple syrup together and mix with a spoon, then add a little water to thin it out to the desired consistency.

  3. Spread the Nutella mixture on toast and top with the caramelised bananas
