Banana Bread Granola with Oats and Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • dash of cinnamon & salt

Preparation

  1. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
