Chunky Monkey Granola Bowl
Ingredients
Granola
- 1/3 cup oats
- 2 tbsp buckwheat groats
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 tbsp maple / honey
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
Toppings
- Coconut yoghurt
- Banana
- Mylk chocolate
- Almond butter
Preparation
Add the granola ingredients together with melted coconut oil and bake in the oven at 180C for 10 minutes or until browned.
Scoop 1/3 cup coconut yoghurt into a bowl and top with granola and other toppings.
