Chunky Monkey Granola Bowl

Ingredients

Granola

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp buckwheat groats
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp maple / honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Toppings

  • Coconut yoghurt
  • Banana
  • Mylk chocolate
  • Almond butter

Preparation

  1. Add the granola ingredients together with melted coconut oil and bake in the oven at 180C for 10 minutes or until browned.

  2. Scoop 1/3 cup coconut yoghurt into a bowl and top with granola and other toppings.
