Chocolate-Dipped Fresh Figs with Pistachios and Sea Salt

Ingredients

  • 4 large fresh figs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate
  • 1 cup pistachios
  • Sea salt

Preparation

  1. Slice the figs.

  2. Freeze the sliced figs for 15 minutes.

  3. Melt the chocolate.

  4. Crush the pistachios.

  5. Dip the figs in melted chocolate.

  6. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and sea salt.

  7. Allow to set until chocolate hardens.
