Chocolate Banana Cereal Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice puffs or other cereal
- 1/2 cup coconut
- Large handful of dried fruit and nuts
- 3 squishy dates
- 150g peanut butter
- Sea salt
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- Melted chocolate for covering
Preparation
Mix 1 cup of brown rice puffs or other cereal, 1/2 cup coconut, and a large handful of dried fruit and nuts.
Blend 3 squishy dates, 150g peanut butter, sea salt, and 2 tablespoons coconut oil into a paste.
Stir the paste into the dried ingredients and flatten into a lined tin.
Cover with melted chocolate and any toppings.
Leave in the fridge for 1 hour to set before slicing.
