Vegan Coconut Raspberry Bars

Ingredients

  • 100 g coconut butter (Coconut bliss)
  • 400 g coconut cream
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 50 g chocolate
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 50 g pistachios

Preparation

  1. Melt the coconut butter.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted coconut butter, coconut cream, and agave syrup, mixing until smooth.

  3. Gently fold in the chocolate, raspberries, and pistachios.

  4. Press the mixture evenly into a lined dish or mold.

  5. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
