Vegan Coconut Raspberry Bars
Ingredients
- 100 g coconut butter (Coconut bliss)
- 400 g coconut cream
- 3 tbsp agave syrup
- 50 g chocolate
- 100 g raspberries
- 50 g pistachios
Preparation
Melt the coconut butter.
In a large bowl, combine the melted coconut butter, coconut cream, and agave syrup, mixing until smooth.
Gently fold in the chocolate, raspberries, and pistachios.
Press the mixture evenly into a lined dish or mold.
Freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
