Raspberry Coconut Cream Toast with Chocolate and Hazelnuts
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread (sourdough recommended)
- 4 tablespoons coconut cream
- Handful of raspberries
- 4 squares of chocolate
- 2 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts
- Optional: drizzle of agave or maple syrup
Preparation
Toast your bread.
Mash the raspberries with the coconut cream.
Melt the chocolate.
Assemble by adding the raspberry coconut cream, melted chocolate, optional syrup drizzle, and hazelnuts on the toast.
