Raspberry Coconut Cream Toast with Chocolate and Hazelnuts

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (sourdough recommended)
  • 4 tbsp coconut cream
  • Handful of raspberries
  • 4 squares of chocolate
  • 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts

Optional

  • Drizzle of agave or maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread.

  2. Mash the raspberries with the coconut cream.

  3. Melt the chocolate.

  4. Assemble by adding the raspberry coconut cream mixture, melted chocolate, optional syrup drizzle, and hazelnuts.
