Crispy Potato Tots

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • 600g. potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1/2 cup of vegan cheese
  • bread crumbs + oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Mix flax seeds with water and set aside. 
Wash, peel and cook the potatoes in 20 min. until soft. Mash the soft potatoes, add baking powder, turmeric, vegan cheese and flax seeds mix

  2. Form the dough into tots. Cover the pieces in bread crumbs

  3. Add 1 cup of oil in a small saucepan. Fry the tots carefully in a few minutes on each side until golden af crispy
