Super Speedy Spinach Flatbread
Ingredients
- 230 ml gluten free flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 120 ml lukewarm water
- 120 ml spinach (defrosted frozen leafy spinach)
- Oil for frying (can be garlic infused)
Preparation
Add flour, salt and baking powder to a bowl and mix.
Add water and spinach and mix into a smooth dough. Add more flour if too sticky or more water if too loose. The dough should be easy to handle.
Shaping and frying
Divide the dough into 5 equal parts.
On a flour-covered surface, roll each dough ball into rounds about 15 cm in diameter or shape with hands.
Preheat a pan with oil and fry each bread for about 2 minutes on each side over medium heat.
The bread should be crispy on the outside with a bit of bounce when pressed.
Serve warm.
