Crunchy Cajun Semolina Potatoes
Ingredients
- potatoes: 800 gm cut in cubes
- cajun spice: 1-2 tbsp or more
- semolina: 3 tbsp
- good glug of olive oil
- salt to taste
Preparation
Pre heat oven to 175 degrees
Bring a pot of water to boil and drop your potatoes in. Cook till they just begin to soften (about 7 minutes)
Drain you potatoes and pat them dry with a kitchen towel
Mix potatoes with the remaining ingredients
Roast for 25-30 minutes till golden brown
