Crunchy Cajun Semolina Potatoes

Ingredients

  • potatoes: 800 gm cut in cubes
  • cajun spice: 1-2 tbsp or more
  • semolina: 3 tbsp
  • good glug of olive oil
  • salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Pre heat oven to 175 degrees

  2. Bring a pot of water to boil and drop your potatoes in. Cook till they just begin to soften (about 7 minutes)

  3. Drain you potatoes and pat them dry with a kitchen towel

  4. Mix potatoes with the remaining ingredients

  5. Roast for 25-30 minutes till golden brown
