Preparation
Drop a few peeled ice apples into a bowl
Make a gin and tonic mixture by combining mulberries, ginger, lemon, basil flowers, gin, and strawberry kombucha
Add the mixture to the bowl with the ice apples
Top with a few ice cubes and serve
