Fall Inspired Pancake Stack
Ingredients
- 125 g all purpose flour
- 105 g whole wheat flour
- a pinch of sea salt
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 20 g baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- 1/8 tsp cardamom
- 100 g applesauce
- 360 ml milk of choice
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Mix the first 9 ingredients in a large bowl
Mix the other 3 in a smaller one
Pour liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix
Let the batter sit for a couple of minutes, then start cooking your pancakes (about 1 minute per side)
Serve with whatever toppings you're craving
