Fall Inspired Pancake Stack

Ingredients

  • 125 g all purpose flour
  • 105 g whole wheat flour
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 20 g baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom
  • 100 g applesauce
  • 360 ml milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Preparation

  1. Mix the first 9 ingredients in a large bowl

  2. Mix the other 3 in a smaller one

  3. Pour liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix

  4. Let the batter sit for a couple of minutes, then start cooking your pancakes (about 1 minute per side)

  5. Serve with whatever toppings you're craving
